Obituary of Dr.CVRN Reddy

It is with heavy heart we bring the sad news about the death of Dr. C.V. R.N. Reddy, a founding ATA member and long-term supporter. Dr. Reddy passed away early Tuesday, February 3, 2015 while visiting his family in Hyderabad, Telangana. He was a practicing pediatrician and resident of Alexandria, LA. CVRN as we all affectionately called him served this organization since its inception in many different capacities: such as Chair/member of several committees, trustee, ATA conference ad-hoc committee member and advisory committee to ATA board of trustees. He was very active participant in various ATA activities and ATA board meetings. In fact, he attended the last ATA board meeting on January 17th 2015 as an outgoing trustee. He was the recipient of ATA Person of the Decade award. CVRN stood by ATA in good and difficult times and was a sustained financial supporter since its inception.

Dr. CVRN Reddy survived by his loving family, wife Pramada, daughters Shilpa, Pallavi and son-in-laws, grandson, four brothers and two sisters. He was born in Gopalapuram village, Narsampet mandal in Warangal district and graduated from Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal.

We are deeply saddened by the demise of Dr. CVRN and on behalf of ATA Family, we would like to convey our deepest condolences to the Dr. CVRN family and pray that may his soul rest in peace. We will miss his wisdom, guidance and his active participation.

Funeral will be on February 5th at Panjagutta Smashana Vatika, Hyderabad between 12:00 to 2:00 pm.
