Notification of Elections for Trustees

Dear ATA Member:


This is to inform you that the time has come for the election to replace the outgoing trustees in ATA board whose term expires at the end of the current year. The ATA nominating committee seeks nominations from ATA members in good standing for a total of fourteen (14) trustees. Three (3) by the Grand Patron Membership, Three (3) by the Patron Membership and Eight (8) by the Life Membership categories to serve for a term of four (4) years beginning year 2015. Dead line for receiving the nominations is Wednesday, October, 29th 2014. Deadline for the withdrawal of nomination is November 10th 2014. If election is required counting will be done on Saturday, December 20, 2014.

The Nomination Form and submission requirements will be available on ATA website at www.ataworld.org for downloading from October 14th 2014. Please read the material and follow the instructions to make sure your nomination meets all the requirements. Duly filled nomination form along with non-refundable fee of $500.00 must be received on or/before October 29, 2014 to the address given in the form.

I encourage you all to take serious interest in the election process as the org. needs your support and commitment to take it to the next level in serving the Telugu community. If your address in ATA records is not current please notify us via email at oc@ataworld.org on or before Oct 31, 2014, so that all election material can be mailed to the proper address.
