Meeting with Kalvakuntla Kavitha

American Telugu Association (ATA)  hosted breakfast meeting with Kalvakuntla Kavitha on April 5th, 2015 at Sheraton Hotel Banquet Hall, Novi, Michigan. ATA leadership team along with few other prominent Telugu NRIs greeted Honorable Member of Parliament on this occasion.

ATA appreciated Mrs. Kalvakuntla Kavitha garu for taking time to attend the meeting. Speaking at the meeting, honorable MP assured that the Government of Telangana will leave no stone unturned to ensure the best ever mechanism to support NRI Telugu Business Community. She added that the Telangana government would consider formalizing separate department to support the enthusiastic NRI entrepreneurs.

ATA leadership team expressed interest to support development of Telugu people in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states by collaboratively working with the government in bringing drinking water supply to the villages, promoting education for the poor, welfare of women, children, old and disabled people and eradicating Fluoride problems.

Kavitha appreciated ATA for its commitment, continuous efforts, and for being front-runner in taking up numerous welfare activities to promote Telugu Culture in USA and India.

Hanmanth Reddy (ATA founder member and ex-President), Karunakar Madhavaram (ATA ex-President), Satya Kandimalla (2016 ATA Conference Advisor and Trustee), Harinder Puliyala (ATA ex-Trustee), Dr. Ramchandra Reddy (ATA Trustee), Vinod Kukunoor (ATA Trustee), Hari Lingala (ATA Trustee), Krishna Mushyam (ATA Chicago area Regional Coordinator), Srinivas chada, Murali Bommanaveni (ATA Standing Committee Chair), Dr.Harshavardhan Reddy, Sreedhar Bandaru, Sunny Reddy, Dr.Vishnuvardhan Reddy, Kashi Kotha, Mohan Reddy, Ravi Kiran and Yugandhar Bhumireddy (ATA Detroit area Regional coordinator) are among those who participated in the meeting. ATA leadership thanked Vinod Kukunoor for organizing and hosting the meeting.
