Convention Team Attend Board Meeting in D.C.

In response to the call given by the Karunakar Asireddy (convener) and Dr. Jagammohan Rao (coordinator) 12th ATA 2012 Conference Committee, about 50 Conference committee Chairs/Co-Chairs and members of various committees have travelled all along to Washington DC to attend the ATA Board Meeting held on sept.17, 2011. Besides, few members flew from Atlanta to Washington DC. This is the sprit and the enthusiasm of the members which we can count on their commitment to the conduct of the forth coming 12th ATA Conference.

The main idea beyond this program was to introduce the newly appointed Chair/ Co-Chair persons of 12th ATA 2012 conference to the ATA Trustees and EC Board Members. Inter alia, the Board members expressed their satisfaction over the enthusiasm shown by the Atlanta 2012 conference committee members and exhorted all the members to work hard to make the 12th ATA 2012 Conference to be held in Atlanta and garnering the support from all organizations including fund raising. A Charted Bus was hired for the convenience of the intended members to attend the above meeting, which started from Atlanta on Sept. 16, 2011 at about 8:00 PM and returned back to Atlanta at 9:00 PM after attending the meet. ATA Convener and Coordinator would like to extend their sincere thanks to one and all that have readily accepted the invitation and spared their time in spite of their pre-occupied work load.
