2nd Annual ATA Charity & 12th ATA Convention Regional Golf Tournament

Date & Time: Saturday, March 31st, 2012 from 11:00 AM (Shotgun Start at 01:00PM)

• Location: Indian Creek Golf Club Lakes Course, 1650 W Frankford Road, Carrollton, TX 75007

Fees: $43.99+Tax per player (Includes green fees, cart and lunch)

The Next American Telugu Association (ATA) General Body Meeting will be held on July 8th, 2012 at 2PM at Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta GA.

Registration begins at 11:00 AM; tournament fee is due at registration.

Format: 4-Person Scramble Tournament

In a four-man scramble format, four players play together as a team. Each player on the team tees off from the tee box. The team members select the best tee shot of the four, and all golfers then play their second shot from that location. Play is continued in this manner until the hole is completed. After the hole is completed, the team score is recorded and play continues under the same guidelines on the remaining holes.

Tournament Rules

1. Check-in is between 11:00 am and 12:45 pm.
2. Please observe Indian Creek Golf Club Lakes Course (See Scorecard on cart)
3. Men play from the White Tee Markers
4. Ladies play from the Red Tee Markers
5. No Mulligans
6. All strokes (other than from tee boxes and greens) must be played within one club length of the selected ball position and no closer to the hole
7. Every player must have a golf bag and clubs
8. No more than two (2) persons and two (2) bags per any cart
9. Please repair ball marks on green.
10. Please smooth tracks in sand trap.
11. Five (5) minutes to search for a lost ball in the play of a particular stroke is the maximum.
12. Proper golf attire required. (Shorts must be hemmed and shirts must have sleeves and be worn at all times)
13. Personal food, beverages, and private coolers are not permitted
14. Observe all cart signs.
15. Carts must remain on paths around tees, greens, and all par 3 holes
